I wanna say i know for the most part police officers do their job and do it well...one of my best friends is a police officer, but c'mon this is messed up and things like this happen far to often. The cop turns into a cowboy simply because the man didn't sign his ticket. The officer simply could have marked it "refused to sign" handed it back and its over.
